- Everybody - regardless of skillset, persons and people who want to share experience, whether you are a novice or technically skilled.
- The experienced professional who may or may not be in full-time practice but has knowledge to share.
- Essentially people who want to help other people and generally be helpful.

School of Companions
More knowledge equals more money
School of Companions – we have a special training in order to learn how to control the robot, use our workspace and start working with clients.
For further professional development we have Companions Knowledge base – step by step instructions to complete certain tasks that do not require specific education as well as best practices how to improve an existing professional knowledge.
Career opportunities:
- Mentor: Sunny Band employee who helps train new operators, conducts interviews, takes exams to become a new Companion.
- Specialist: Creates Knowledge Bases for Companions, helps Companions to solve complex situations with Users, technical problems, etc.
- Companion’s Manager: an employee of Sunny Band, who oversee operations, setting goals for the team and ensures Companions work productively and develop professionally
- Customer care specialist - an employee of Sunny Band, who controls the quality of services including public rating and works with negative ratings from users
